CHO Partners with Tharawat Sanam to Enter the Airport Ground Support Equipment Market and Expand into Saudi Arabia and the Middle East

Mr. Suradech Taweesaengsakulthai, Chief Executive Officer of Cho Thavee Public Company Limited (CHO), said, “CHO has partnered with Tharawat Sanam to advance its GSE business in Saudi Arabia and prepare for expansion into the broader Middle East market at the Saudi Industry Forum 2026.”

Cho Thavee Public Company Limited (“CHO”) is expanding its business into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in partnership with Tharawat Sanam Company, its Saudi partner, to develop cooperation in the manufacturing and assembly of Ground Support Equipment (GSE) vehicles. The collaboration is intended to address growing demand from the aviation industry in Saudi Arabia, which is currently experiencing rapid growth.

CHO plans to leverage its internationally recognized expertise in Engineering, Design, Manufacturing Technology, and Production Management, together with Tharawat Sanam’s local business capabilities, to expand its presence in the Saudi Arabian market and explore opportunities to further develop exports across the Middle East in the future.

The cooperation agreement was signed during the Saudi Industry Forum 2026 (SIF 2026), held from 14–16 September 2026 in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The signing ceremony was witnessed by Mr. Khalil bin Ibrahim bin Salamah, Deputy Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources for Industrial Affairs, and Mr. Abdullah bin Saleh Kamel, Chairman of the Federation of Saudi Chambers.

This cooperation marks another important milestone for CHO in bringing Thai manufacturing technology and engineering capabilities into the Saudi industrial localization ecosystem, while creating competitive advantages and opportunities to further develop its GSE business in Saudi Arabia and across the broader Middle East region.
